Work Environment

This full-time position operates within a collaborative and cutting-edge healthcare setting in Palmyra, New York. The work environment promotes quality care through a concierge model where you conduct house calls and provide personalized services. The typical schedule includes hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics that extend until 8:00 p.m., and participation in community events and health fairs as needed. Your work week averages approximately 40 hours, with flexibility designed to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments for patients of all ages, gathering comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's lifestyle and preferences.
• Implement preventative care strategies, providing patients with education on health promotion and disease prevention, tailored to their unique health profiles.
• Collaborate with community organizations, families, and healthcare colleagues to create health education programs and outreach initiatives that address local health disparities.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Family Nurse Practitioner certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
