The Opportunity We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity—not limit it. You’ll be responsible for being a trusted partner to two entrepreneurial senior leaders and work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant. What You’ll Do Executive Support Manage complex and dynamic calendars for two Sr. Executives, including scheduling internal meetings, external calls, and cross-functional sessions Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Prepare and submit expense reports via Ramp accurately and in a timely manner Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of the President Provide administrative and coordination support on assigned projects, including tracking timelines, preparing materials, and following up on action items as directed Assist with planning and logistics for meetings and client events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and day-of support under guidance from leadership Assist with the promotion of Interluxe Group via Executive’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) Manage Executive’s social media accounts, generating content and performing outreach as directed 15-20% personal support as needed. Administrative & Office Support Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and follow-ups Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Experiential Marketing leadership team and NYC office as needed Help ensure the office runs smoothly, including coordination with vendors or facilities when required Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external IT support vendor to facilitate timely setup and support as needed General Anticipate needs, identify efficiencies, and proactively solve problems Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Who You Are 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role Proven experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for senior-level executives Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Interest in events, experiential marketing, or creative industries is a plus Why Interluxe Group?
