Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments: Perform initial evaluations utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to determine the mental health needs of clients.

• Create tailored treatment plans: Based on assessment outcomes, develop individualized treatment strategies that address specific challenges faced by clients, incorporating therapeutic modalities aligned with best practices.

• Facilitate therapy sessions: Offer both in-person and virtual counseling sessions to provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support, adapting techniques based on each client’s unique needs.

• Monitor treatment progress: Regularly assess clients' well-being throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes based on ongoing feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Engage with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, conducting case conferences and sharing critical case information as appropriate.

• Maintain detailed client records: Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and case notes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

You will serve a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in California as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
