Work Environment\n

Your role as an LMFT will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to create a comfortable therapeutic environment for both you and your clients. While the majority of sessions can be conducted virtually, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Glendale for in-person appointments, providing a comprehensive approach to client care. Key Responsibilities\n

In this dynamic role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges and strengths of clients.

• Delivering high-quality therapy, including individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Implementing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Engaging in clients' treatment planning through effective teamwork, ensuring treatments are client-centered and evidence-based.

• Providing crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
