Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Location: Sunset Valley, TX, US Experience: Senior Level Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year Job Description: Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate coding and recording of financial transactions across global entities Performing monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger analysis, identifying variances and recommending adjustments as needed Preparing journal entries and supporting the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and schedule preparation Managing the AP/PO cycle: matching invoices, tracking expenses, and coordinating approvals across the organization Partnering with senior finance leadership on financial statement preparation, reporting, and compliance deliverables for internal and external stakeholders Assisting with audit preparation, including schedule preparation and responding to auditor requests Ideal background: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background a plus CPA candidate preferred Exposure to multinational/multi-currency environments strongly preferred Solid GAAP knowledge and NetSuite proficiency Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-growth environment A bit about us: Our client is a venture-backed energy company with a global footprint, developing and deploying next-generation power infrastructure across multiple international markets.
