We're looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process from candidate selection through a colleague's first year of employment. As Human Resource Coordinator you will:Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communications, and offer letters.Manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and hiring documentation.Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire communications.Monitor HR processes, deadlines, and compliance with company policies.Support first-year colleague engagement and feedback programs.Maintain accurate HR records and reports while identifying opportunities to improve HR processes.Provide outstanding customer service to candidates, leaders, and colleagues.Reports to: Talent Acquisition ManagerQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.1–3 years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative experience.Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SmartSheets, Scribe, Copilot, and Claude is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.Why You'll Love This RoleYou'll play an important role in creating a positive candidate and new hire experience while supporting an HR team committed to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
