Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, collaborating on comprehensive pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools, as designated by the clinical team, to assess client needs effectively.

• Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to devise and enact positive behavior support plans for various client populations.

• Play an active role in all licensing, accreditation, and compliance processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering essential connections that support client goals.

• Maintain open lines of communication to meet contract compliance standards and promote MHA's mission within the wider community.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, aiming to enhance outreach and secure funding opportunities for program growth.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and statewide meetings, to represent the agency and stay current within the mental health field.

• Uphold and integrate the agency's mission, values, and operational principles in all interactions.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall functioning of the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
