Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students during their clinical licensure journey, helping them to develop essential therapeutic skills.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, coupled relationships, and families facing unique challenges. Our clients come to us seeking support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You will play a crucial role in helping these clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.

• Current professional liability insurance.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bridgette Psychotherapy Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for unlimited/uncapped earnings.
