Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment strategies that align with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide patients toward improved mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support forums, enriching the community experience and enhancing the support network for individuals dealing with similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, aiming for cohesive and comprehensive treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating readiness to assist in urgent situations.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, offering clear explanations of treatment options and connecting them with valuable community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with various patient demographics, working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and substance use issues. Your role will significantly contribute to crafting tailored interventions for each client, guided by their unique backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and an array of therapeutic modalities.

• Proven expertise in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
