Flexibility in scheduling allows you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs, with designated hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, engaging with adult clients to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Utilize systematically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress metrics to continuously evaluate and refine treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and support professional development.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs), documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes transparently and effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
