Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans designed to address specific psychological conditions.

• Lead therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

• Provide case management services, which include triaging patient needs, coordinating referrals, and maintaining communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health diagnoses. Your expertise will be essential in addressing co-occurring disorders as well as mental health issues like anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relational conflicts. Understanding the unique cultural and social backgrounds of our patients will enable you to offer personalized care that drives positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC); additional licenses in multiple states are considered a strong advantage.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in electronic correspondence, to facilitate collaboration and connectivity with clients and team members.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and general computer applications to manage patient information and communication effectively.

• A solid understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and their impact on therapeutic processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
