Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches based on the clients’ needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, ensuring they remain engaged in the treatment process.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options, using secure and user-friendly platforms to deliver psychological support to clients, particularly those who may face accessibility challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families. Your clients will come from various backgrounds and may present a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Your expertise in telehealth will enable you to provide critical support and guidance, helping individuals in distress navigate their personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services independently, with a strong foundation in ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
