Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage a caseload of clients, employing your clinical judgment to deliver personalized care and support.

• Utilize crisis management techniques to assess and address urgent client needs effectively.

• Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills to accurately identify mental health disorders.

• Comfortably navigate electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote communication platforms to maintain patient data and facilitate smooth operations.

• Maintain a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, being non-judgmental towards patients with diverse mental health challenges.

• Employ a range of psychotherapy modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy—to adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress using evidence-driven methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide variety of patients across multiple demographics, addressing conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief responses. Your ability to tailor therapeutic approaches based on individual patient preferences and requirements will be essential in fostering strong client relationships and promoting effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related discipline is required.

• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) compliant with state regulations.

• Demonstrated expertise in various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.

• A proven ability to maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills while working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

• A clean professional record, with no history of Medical Malpractice Claims verified by a Third Party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
