Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this highly visible, strategic role that spans across the Addepar product portfolio, you will be responsible for helping drive acquisition, engagement, and retention in our fastest growing client segment covering enterprise and institutional clients, including global banks, pensions, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and large private equity and venture capital firms globally.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other go-to-market teams to:

• Drive product positioning
• Enhance segmentation
• Map complex buyer and customer journeys
• Translate segment insight into messaging, enablement, and go-to-market programs

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of product marketing experience
• Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, wealth management, or investment management preferred
• Full-stack product marketer with experience researching client segments and developing strong value propositions, messaging, enablement, and associated content
• Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to see the big picture across a large organization
• Experience designing and rolling out go-to-market strategies
• Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully move between strategy development and tactical execution
• Experience building enduring cross-functional partnerships
• Ability to work independently, prioritize efficiently, anticipate roadblocks, and escalate when needed

Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the enterprise and institutional client segments
• Become the expert in your client segments by developing a deep understanding of the market, buyer personas, buying committees, customer journey, and sales cycle
• Build deep working relationships with the dedicated Sales and Relationship Management teams
• Define product positioning and craft compelling messaging
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop impactful GTM strategies, marketing materials, and internal resources
• Manage the product and feature launch process
• Produce thought leadership and product educational content
• Research and monitor the market, industry, and competitive landscape
• Scope, build, and launch scalable segment resources

Benefits

• Base salary range: $159,000 - $199,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
• Specific salary range for your preferred location will be shared during the hiring process
