Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain insights into client needs, presenting problems, and history.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessed needs and therapeutic goals, adjusting as necessary in response to clients' evolving situations.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific therapeutic needs of clients.

• Utilize video conferencing for remote sessions and secure messaging for follow-up communication, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through regular participation in supervision and ongoing education opportunities.

• Collaborate with a supportive team of counselors, participating in case consultations and support groups to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. The nature of telehealth also allows for the connection with clients who may have limited access to mental health resources, and who can greatly benefit from your expertise in a flexible and accommodating manner.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
