Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and abilities, creating personalized treatment programs based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques for diverse patient populations, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric conditions, and sports-related issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the treatment plan between yourself, the patients, and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering an environment where integrated care leads to improved patient outcomes.
• Provide in-home therapeutic care, utilizing techniques and procedures designed to achieve measurable improvements in function consistent with physician recommendations.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on best practices for ongoing recovery and wellness, empowering them to take an active role in their health.
• Meet utilization and performance benchmarks while contributing to organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals with sports injuries, postoperative rehabilitation needs, chronic pain management, and developmental disorders in children. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and therapy-specific software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients and team members.
• A commitment to professional development and continued learning in the field of physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.
• Experience implementing evidence-based interventions across multiple patient specialties.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, reflective of your skills and experience. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
