Primary Objectives: Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and general support of the accounting department. The Accounting Clerk will assist in maintaining financial records, reviewing & processing transactions and ensuring accurate reporting. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Processing invoices and expense reports Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies Verifying and reconciling vendor statements Verifying and reconciling credit card statements Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices Entering payments received from customer Prepare and analyze various financial reports Maintaining accurate and organized records Assisting with month-end closing activities AR Monitoring and Collections Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred Basic understanding of GAAP principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in QuickBooks, minimum of 2 years ( Required ) Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour shifts.
