This position offers flexibility through remote work options within a supportive, collaborative team atmosphere. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, with flexible scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts to accommodate the needs of our team members while ensuring comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing holistic mental health services, including:

• Conducting thorough interviews to gather and interpret pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health information from clients.

• Delivering psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on understanding and treating complex emotional and behavioral health issues.

• Implementing effective treatment strategies, evaluating client progress, and adjusting therapeutic interventions based on documented outcomes.
\n
• Coordinating and facilitating programs and activities that meet clients' social and emotional needs, offering short-term crisis resolution strategies and community resource referrals.

• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients through mutual respect and acceptance, making a genuine commitment to their well-being.

• Documenting all findings and interactions in client records in compliance with established protocols, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in case documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on serving clients facing behavioral health challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use issues, grief, and familial challenges. By providing individualized care, you will help clients navigate their emotional landscapes, empowering them to achieve healthier lives and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience\n
