Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including obtaining comprehensive medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each patient, ensuring they align with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Execute a range of procedures, such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks, under the supervision of our attending physicians, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the processes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide detailed education to patients on pain management techniques, medication protocols, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance their overall quality of life.
• Engage in collaborative care with a variety of healthcare professionals—such as physical therapists, psychologists, and other pain management specialists—to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population with varying degrees of acute and chronic pain, ranging from post-operative recovery to chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia. Your role is to not only treat pain effectively but to also empower patients through education and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical knowledge base, with the capability to assess, diagnose, and manage patients effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster patient trust and engagement.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and the development of advanced clinical skills.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a pain management or related field, with familiarity in performing interventional procedures.
• Nationwide certification as a Physician Assistant in Pain Management is highly valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
