Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients suffering from various pain disorders, utilizing thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, integrating both non-invasive and interventional treatments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies, to guide therapeutic decisions.
• Prescribe appropriate non-narcotic medications and physical therapy regimens based on individual patient needs and treatment guidelines.
• Schedule and prepare patients for interventional pain management procedures, ensuring they are informed and comfortable throughout the process.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and adjustments in care plans accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record system.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing education on pain management strategies and self-care practices.
• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with the medical team to enhance patient care protocols and optimize service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this position is on patients experiencing chronic pain from diverse conditions, such as back pain, arthritis, neuropathy, and post-surgical pain. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management or related fields such as orthopedics or neurology.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
