Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate parent support groups that create therapeutic and safe environments for sharing experiences and fostering connections among families.

• Deliver training to parents of children with complex mental health needs, including those arising from prenatal substance exposure, addressing challenges surrounding parenting and adoption.

• Conduct temperament counseling sessions to help parents understand their child's unique emotional and behavioral responses.

• Perform comprehensive developmental evaluations for children to assess growth and identify areas requiring intervention.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory bodies.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans that align with best practices for social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on families and children facing mental health challenges, especially those in the hospice context. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

• An active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW), validating your credentials to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

ChildNet Youth and Family Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
