Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and solution-focused.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques tailored to the hospice setting.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure timely documentation through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to ensure coordinated care and support for patients and their families.

• Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding coping strategies, symptom management, and available resources, fostering a deeper understanding of the hospice process.

• Participate in continuous professional development by staying current with advancements in mental health research and treatments, as well as contributing to team discussions and case reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients in the hospice setting, addressing their emotional and psychological concerns. This includes supporting individuals with terminal illnesses and their families, guiding them through the complexities of end-of-life issues, and providing emotional support to enhance comfort and dignity during this stage of life. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
