Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to thoroughly understand clients’ needs, challenges, and personal goals, using standardized assessment tools as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating their feedback and progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Collaborate with clients in identifying and exploring effective coping strategies, fostering resilience, and facilitating personal growth.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the best practices of clinical record-keeping.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to ensure high-quality care while remaining current on the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with families and couples, addressing dynamic interpersonal issues and providing support for their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating ongoing commitment to professional development.

• Strong knowledge of the unique challenges and mental health issues prevalent in outpatient settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and short-term therapy models, with the ability to adapt approaches to meet clients' needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with couples and families; familiarity with systemic therapy approaches is a plus.

• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and an understanding of the technology required to facilitate remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
