Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify each patient's specific goals and needs, establishing a collaborative treatment journey.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans addressing the patient's unique challenges.
• Administer cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing the patient's range of motion, strength, and overall mobility, while minimizing reliance on pain medications.
• Employ a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques and tailored therapeutic exercises to optimize client outcomes.
• Design customized wellness and fitness programs that foster long-term health benefits tailored to individual patient profiles.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation process to ensure ongoing engagement and adherence to treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
