Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans that suit their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy in individual and group settings.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Reframe Mental Health Clinic, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is competitive, from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
