Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial patient screenings, including comprehensive history assessments and physical examinations to understand each patient’s health landscape.
• Regularly update and maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at each appointment.
• Analyze diagnostic test results to determine the effectiveness of treatments and arrange appropriate follow-up appointments, when necessary.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality patient care in accordance with company metrics related to productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as a reliable resource for patients requiring ongoing care support, offering guidance and education regarding chronic illness management and critical health issues.
• Implement educational initiatives on health maintenance, disease prevention, and therapeutic approaches, emphasizing harm reduction and patient autonomy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of $150,000 to $160,000.
