Sr. Business Development Manager

Job TitleSupports Business Development activities through identification, scientific evaluation, and analysis of potential licensing opportunities and partnerships in the biopharmaceutical space.Conducts comprehensive search and evaluation activities and generates competitive landscapes focused on identifying promising therapeutic assets and technologies to expand the company's pipeline. Performs detailed scientific assessment of opportunities, including analysis of mechanism of action, preclinical/clinical data, and therapeutic/market potential. Maintains deep scientific understanding of current and future trends in therapeutic innovations, with particular focus on emerging technologies and treatment modalities. Participates in due diligence activities, including review of scientific documentation and coordination with subject matter experts. Contributes to the development of business cases and leads deal execution processes with a strong demonstration of business, IP, and legal comprehension. Assists in the preparation of proposals, negotiations, and presentations for licensing opportunities, working cross-functionally with internal teams to advance business development objectives.
