Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other clinical modalities to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clear communication regarding patient assessments, treatment interventions, and care plans through routine meetings and documentation.

• Manage case loads effectively, providing ongoing support and coordination with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Your work will involve building strong therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and personal growth. You will have the chance to implement individualized service plans while assessing client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey, holding credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
