- Consistently building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Winning multi-year maintenance contracts
- Navigating competitive RFP processes with confidence
- Presenting to HOA boards, committees, executives, and municipal leaders
- Strategically pricing and negotiating profitable agreements
- Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
- Proven B2B sales success (landscape maintenance, facilities, property services, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong network within HOAs, property management, CRE, or municipal markets
- Experience navigating RFPs and complex decision-making processes
- Confident presenter in front of boards and executive groups
- Strategic thinker who understands pricing, margins, and long-term contracts
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
- Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
