Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement treatment plans that include evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, couple, or group therapy sessions and regularly evaluate therapeutic progress.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health challenges or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, as well as facilitating proper treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and conferences to ensure the application of best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist in our clinic, you will work with a varied clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
