Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and psychological needs, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in individual and group sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Growth and Healing Psychiatric Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological issues. Your role will empower patients by providing them with the resources and support necessary to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Proven ability to perform detailed mental health assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a wide range of clients from varying backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
