Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical outcomes effectively and address outlier cases by collaborating with staff therapists to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Implement and streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient capture rates, manage referral processes efficiently, and optimize scheduling for patient appointments.
• Develop and execute customized therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early interventions and timely evaluations that are critical for successful rehabilitation.
• Create a professional and collaborative environment where all team members are encouraged to participate, fostering a culture that promotes teamwork, exceptional outcomes, and unwavering patient safety.
• Engage with the Developmental Therapy Operations (DTO) team to identify and act upon clinical improvement opportunities, ensuring our practices reflect the latest industry standards.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and outreach initiatives.
• Utilize clinical systems efficiently to maintain accurate documentation, including appropriate coding levels and charge capture, while ensuring adherence to patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act, all applicable regulations, and workers' compensation requirements to uphold the highest ethical standards in physical therapy practice.
• Drive metrics related to patient experience and satisfaction, continuously adapting therapies based on feedback to enhance the overall patient journey.
• Adhere to the Physical Therapy Guidebook principles and the framework of a Perfect PT visit to deliver exceptional therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.

• Adept at providing outstanding customer service while engaging with patients and their families in a respectful and professional manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting or similar healthcare environment is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in driving patient satisfaction and implementing process improvements.
