Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite, primarily in patients' homes, providing therapy that is tailored to individual needs. We offer flexible shift timings from Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 7 pm, and a 4-hour day shift on Fridays. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, screening for various conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans according to their unique diagnoses and medical histories.
• Utilize standard physical therapy procedures and modalities to effectively treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers, offering valuable insights into managing their conditions and improving overall health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to align treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation to comply with regulatory and facility requirements, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the patient care continuum.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by actively engaging in departmental quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Compensation and Benefits
