This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred home office while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in your clients.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and preferences, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and promote adherence to treatment.

• Monitor and document client progress rigorously, adapting treatment plans to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure all clients receive comprehensive support.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorders and clinical practices to enhance service delivery and improve overall treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
