Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment programs for members diagnosed with acute or chronic mental illness, coordinating care to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Participate in departmental program development and evaluation, contributing insights to enhance existing protocols and introduce innovative solutions.

• Supervise Post Masters Fellows and Associate Counselors, offering guidance and support in their professional development as needed.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients' families to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans and prescribed regimens.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and establish partnerships with public and private agencies, ensuring comprehensive support for clients’ mental health needs.

• Address safety concerns by reporting to mandated agencies and ensuring all client interactions adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, completing assessments and treatments that focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our client base often includes those with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, prioritizing a personalized and client-centered approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to practice in California.
