Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from your own space. While standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening or weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, determining severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their specific goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families related to mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on their ongoing needs.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care management.

• Stay informed about current research and emerging trends in the treatment of mood disorders to continuously enhance care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support adults and adolescents coping with varying degrees of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clinic serves a diverse population, reflecting a broad spectrum of backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by potential bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
