Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' social, emotional, and psychological needs, prioritizing their strengths and areas for development.

• Offer individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to students' unique circumstances, including interventions for anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that outline achievable goals and objectives, and regularly monitor progress with clients and families.

• Act as an advocate for students, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support services while promoting their rights and well-being.

• Engage in program development, evaluation, and grant reporting, contributing to continuous improvement of services provided.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and community service organizations to integrate resources and support for students facing complex challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be the school-aged population in Topeka, KS, consisting of children from diverse backgrounds, including those facing emotional challenges, learning disabilities, and family issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus.
