Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Nurture Nest Counseling, you will work primarily with clients who have been prescreened and possess low acuity mental health needs. This allows you to focus on building therapeutic relationships and delivering effective interventions without the pressures often associated with higher acuity cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and independent license in good standing (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) issued by the state board. Note that provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong evaluative skills to make professional judgments regarding treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
