Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote care to clients through an 8-week structured, evidence-based mental health program focused on actionable skills development.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, providing timely follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and detailed documentation of session notes.

• Actively collaborate as a member of a dedicated care team, assisting clients in navigating resources and obtaining essential consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Identify high-risk situations among clients with heightened safety concerns, adhering to established safety protocols and company guidelines.
\n
• Engage in regular supervisory meetings, team discussions, and organizational town halls to continually enhance your practice and stay updated on company policies.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all privacy and security practices are adhered to throughout your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will leverage evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each participant. Your ability to connect with clients and foster a safe therapeutic environment will play a critical role in their journey toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. Candidates with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.

• Strong commitment to maintaining a consistent patient schedule to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.

• A background in providing psychotherapy, particularly utilizing CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused therapeutic techniques, is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
