Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required by client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments of clients to identify their specific needs related to substance use disorders, setting a foundation for effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, providing them with therapeutic support to address both psychological and behavioral challenges associated with addiction. Family involvement is encouraged, helping to foster a stronger support network that can contribute to the client’s recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly in a substance use context.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.

• Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and ensures confidentiality across all client interactions.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications to manage patient documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
