Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for clients, identifying emotional and psychosocial requirements that inform effective treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized therapeutic interventions that support clients in achieving their personal development milestones, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans, utilizing a variety of clinical tools and methodologies to track progress and adapt strategies as needed.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions and workshops that encourage peer interaction and shared learning among clients.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical decisions in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within our hospice care facility, where you will work with individuals facing serious illnesses and their families. Your role is essential in providing emotional support, grief counseling, and strategies for coping with life-limiting conditions, thereby enhancing the quality of life during this sensitive time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Washington State LICSW license with no disciplinary history.

• Proficient in clinical social work principles, including treatment planning and diagnostic assessments.

• Experience and comfort with remote care technologies and applications for teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
