Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments with clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and areas for improvement.

  Provide ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive the support necessary to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other psychosocial issues.

  Engage clients in regular follow-up sessions to track their progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and equip them with strategies for coping and resilience.

  Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your caseload may include clients dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, recovery from substance abuse, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

  A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust foundation in clinical practices.
