Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Participate in the creation and implementation of crisis intervention plans and positive behavior support plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation processes.

• Promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, and practices through active participation in community outreach initiatives and the cultivation of professional relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
