Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by scheduling regular sessions, evaluating client progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships through active listening, empathy, and clear communication, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Document session notes and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies as well as state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare providers, including physicians and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participate in self-reflective supervision sessions to enhance your professional development and clinical skills.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote services offered by Intelicare Counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied client population, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will apply therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique cultural, emotional, and psychological backgrounds of each client, ensuring that all approaches are client-centered and recovery-oriented.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California.
\n
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, post-graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $120,000 and $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. New hires are also eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring timely remuneration. Additional benefits include:
