Work Environment\n

In this role, you will experience a hybrid work setting that combines the flexibility of remote sessions and the personal touch of in-office counseling at our outpatient facility. You will conduct initial evaluations and regular therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing tools, as well as in-person appointments for those who prefer face-to-face interactions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, drawing from your clinical expertise to provide solution-focused support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions while minimizing paperwork to enhance focus on client care.

• Utilize a secure and user-friendly counselor dashboard that streamlines administrative tasks and appointment management.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss clinical cases and share strategies that promote best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring that you work with individuals who are ready to engage in therapeutic processes. We conduct thorough pre-screening for every client, allowing you to focus on those whose needs align with your specialties and preferences. This approach guarantees that you can create meaningful connections with your clients, resulting in positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Required Education: A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensing: You must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently in New York, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Proven clinical skills with the ability to assess mental health needs and create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and an ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology for client management and virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and efficient practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse client base, particularly those presenting with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

• Familiarity with innovative therapeutic techniques and digital tools that enhance client engagement and treatment delivery.

• Prior experience in outpatient settings or private practice environments is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and hours worked.
