This position offers a fully remote work setting that allows you to provide therapy through our sophisticated telehealth platform. You'll have the benefit of flexible hours, with a general schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, designed to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients while supporting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the family therapy needs of individual clients, establishing initial rapport and fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary clinical staff meetings to collaboratively develop and implement family-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide quality individual or group counseling sessions focusing on both family dynamics and substance use recovery. This will include facilitating milieu management as appropriate to create a positive therapeutic environment.

• Design and lead educational groups on substance use disorders and mental health topics, helping clients and their families understand and address challenges they face.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes, patient assessments, and treatment plans, adhering strictly to the clinic's compliance and quality standards.

• Engage with external professionals and agencies to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Identify opportunities for programmatic improvements, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Keep updated with developments in the field to maintain all required certifications and practice licenses.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, with a focus on family therapy preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload capacity.
