The Warehouse Manager will oversee operations across multiple facilities, leading warehouse associates and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant performance. This role will prioritize inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, cost reduction, and continuous operational improvement while managing activities through manual tracking processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory across multiple warehouse facilities and maintain accurate manual tracking records.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Supervise warehouse associates and support team performance and development.
- Coordinate order fulfillment to improve speed, accuracy, and customer service.
- Manage shipping coordination and receiving activities.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and promote safe, compliant operating practices.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare performance reports covering inventory, fulfillment, safety, and operational results.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse management.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift Operator Certification.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in supervisory advancement, supply chain management, and professional development opportunities.
