This full-time position will be conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative work culture. Our team operates within normal business hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration, particularly those related to mood disorders.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans, aligning with their specific goals and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering a supportive environment.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, modifying treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Work in partnership with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment for patients.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research and developments in mood disorder treatments to enhance personal practice and client outcomes.

• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical regulations.

• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to promote best practices and engage in ongoing professional development.

• Advocate for clients to help reduce stigma associated with mental health issues and ensure their mental health needs are met.

The Mental Health Therapist will work closely with a diverse range of clients facing mood disorders. This includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Strong command of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT and DBT, with a demonstrated ability to apply these techniques effectively.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the capability to collaborate with medical professionals to define a cohesive treatment strategy.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in treating mood disorders and a proven track record of successful client outcomes will be highly preferred. Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices will be advantageous in this role.
