Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake various responsibilities aimed at supporting the mental health and recovery of our patients. Your key duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individual and family therapy to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, adhering to established schedules while promoting a supportive environment for sharing and growth.

• Building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients while ensuring healthy boundaries and confidentiality.

• Exhibiting cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations, aligned with various DSM diagnoses to enhance understanding and rapport.

• Utilizing psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate treatment plans, adjusting as necessary for continued care.

• Documenting all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and updates meticulously to comply with medical necessity standards.

• Completing daily charge sheets for patient sessions attended to maintain accurate financial records.
\n
• Participating in weekly treatment planning meetings, presenting progress reports, and collaboratively refining care strategies.

• Aiding in the development of Discharge Aftercare Plans to ensure comprehensive long-term support.
\n
• Managing patient care coordination efficiently as time permits, fostering a seamless experience for patients.
\n
• Engaging in professional development through attending seminars and workshops, ensuring that you remain current with industry best practices.

• Demonstrating proficiency in delivering care across varied age groups, including children and adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations, while addressing their unique psychological and cultural needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Oregon is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
