Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in virtual counseling sessions with clients via video platforms, working to enhance their emotional health and resilience.

• Foster a safe and trusting environment that encourages clients to share their experiences and feelings, guiding them to deepen their self-awareness and understand their relational dynamics.

• Utilize your expertise to assess client mental health conditions, develop customized treatment goals, and implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of pre-screened adults who are considered stable and have low acuity needs. There will be no severely mentally ill patients, allowing you to focus on delivering therapeutic services that empower clients on their journey to improved mental health. Additionally, we ensure that clients are matched with therapists based on similar specialties and demographic preferences, fostering a better therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state: LMFT, LMHC or LICSW.

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
